The Cutting Room returns, and this time it lands somewhere special: the stunning Lady Lever Art Gallery. In conjunction with the release of KOF's new single Young Lion and Liverpool Summer of Music.
Most gigs give you the finished product. The Cutting Room flips that. You watch a brand new song built from scratch, live in front of you, every decision made in the room on the night. The beat, the lyrics, the melody, all created before your eyes by Liverpool's genre blending artist KOF and acclaimed pianist Jazz Gittens, with the audience feeding into the process as it unfolds.
Guest visual artist Sarah Levine paints live throughout, her work coming to life alongside the music, and that piece becomes part of the release.
Plus a bonus live set from KOF to mark the Young Lion launch.
And as always, everyone in the room leaves with the track they just…
